Payment Options
Online Transactions.
Our online transactions are administered by PAYPAL using their secure servers.
We also take payment with order over the telephone using streamline card services. Telephone no.01543 414020.
We can only take orders during our shop hours of 11.00am until 16.00pm Wednesdays until Sunday. We cannot always answer the telephone during busy periods so please leave your telephone number and we will get back to you.
We are closed Monday and Tuesday.

We only accept cheques drawn on Uk Banks
We are happy to ship worldwide, International payments must be paid using Paypal. Please email us at ros@orchardcrafts.com for an international postage quote. Orders will be invoiced through paypal.
Delivery
We try to mail all orders within 2-3 days, you will be notified of any delays
Most orders will be mailed with Royal Mail or ParcelForce. Large Parcels will be sent courier Postage Charges for UK only.
Postage is set at the moment at £2.30 for however much you purchase.
Returns.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods please get in touch with us and discuss. We only refund for the goods, not postage unless the goods are faulty or we have sent the incorrect items.
Faulty goods.
A replacement will be sent, if we do not have a replacement a refund will be given, including postage.
Please notify us within 4 days of receipt of faulty items.
Privacy
Payments are entirely secure, your details will never be disclosed to any third party unless required by law.
